Packaging

All compounds are packaged to maintain product integrity during transit. Peptide vials are shipped with protective cushioning and desiccant. Packaging is discreet with no exterior branding that indicates the nature of the contents. Temperature-sensitive compounds are packaged with appropriate cold-chain materials when required.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier's system after the label is generated.

Shipping Restrictions

BioEdge Supply Co. currently ships within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time. Certain compounds may be subject to additional shipping restrictions based on state regulations. If a restriction applies to your order, our team will contact you directly.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us within 48 hours at research@bioedgesupply.co with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make it right.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. BioEdge Supply Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
